I have been a mental health provider for the past six years. I graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Social Work and a minor in Sociology. We are committed to providing comprehensive and effective care that is tailored to each individual.
My Story
At TRANSITION RECOVER AND PROSPER LLC, we believe that everyone deserves the chance to transition from a place of mental health distress to a place of recovery and prosperity. As a mental health advocate, I’m passionate about sharing my story and helping others learn to cope with their mental health issues. I am a Virginia Board Certified as a Qualified Mental Health Professional for Adults and Children, Certified Substance Abuse Counselor and Mobile Crisis Interventions. I provide a range of services, from one-on-one counseling to group sessions, and I work to create an open and safe environment where everyone can feel comfortable talking about their experiences. No matter what your mental health challenges are, I’m here to help you TRANSITION, RECOVER, and PROSPER.
