At TRANSITION RECOVER AND PROSPER LLC., we are dedicated to providing quality mental health services to those in need. We understand the importance of providing a safe, nonjudgmental environment that enables open communication and the exploration of individual needs. I currently hold a Master of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University and a minor in Sociology, earned in 2025. My academic training is complemented by extensive hands-on experience in crisis intervention, case management, substance abuse treatment, and behavioral health service delivery. My professional focus includes supporting individuals experiencing acute emotional distress, psychosocial instability, and complex life stressors, while promoting safety, resilience, and access to appropriate community-based supports. I am committed to ethical practice, culturally responsive care, and evidence-based interventions that enhance individual functioning and overall well-being.

At TRANSITION RECOVER AND PROSPER LLC, we believe that everyone deserves the chance to transition from a place of mental health distress to a place of recovery and prosperity. As a mental health advocate, I’m passionate about sharing my story and helping others learn to cope with their mental health issues. I am a Virginia Board Certified as a Qualified Mental Health Professional for Adults and Children, Certified Substance Abuse Counselor and Mobile Crisis Interventions. I provide a range of services, from one-on-one counseling to group sessions, and I work to create an open and safe environment where everyone can feel comfortable talking about their experiences. No matter what your mental health challenges are, I’m here to help you TRANSITION, RECOVER, and PROSPER.
